Workshops

For over 20 years, Alan has been running a variety of in person workshops. For the past few years, his workshops are focused on all aspects of Google Analytics.

  • GA4 for End User:
    Since the change in 2023, from Google’s Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4, users have been confused on how to find the information they want to see and report on. Through a 1 day workshop, Alan takes user through all the key features and how to leverage them to their advantage.
  • GA4 Admin:
    If you are responsible for managing the GA4 account for your organization, there are many advanced features your users may be asking for. During this 1 day workshop, you’ll learn all the key features for managing GA4 to optimization data collection and configuration for your users. This includes: Custom dimensions, custom metrics and custom reporting amount other features.
  • Google Tag Manager:
    Google Tag Manager (GTM) has become an integral tool for configuring GA4 data collection allowing users to collect, format and organize data well beyond what can be done only using GA4’s admin feature.
    This workshop can be both a 1 day or 2day depending on the scope and base knowledge of those attending.
